К совершенствованию зимних маршрутных учетов охотничьих видов животных Западного Кавказа

The main reasons of decreasing the accuracy of results of winter track census under conditions of West Caucasus are discussed. To decrease labour intensity of more reliable winter method of track census of large species of game animals (consisting in combination of census by driving and that one by encircling animals) it is suggested on a crossshaped area to substitute census by repeated encircling for census by driving.
