Усовершенствование диагностики внутриутробных герпес-инфекций

2008
The combination of placental insufficiency (PI) and markers of productive Herpes and Cytomegalovirus infections in pregnant women is most unfavourable for newborn. Newborns often have heavy deviations in a state of health (asphyxia, a delay of intra-uterine development, congenital defects and anomalies of development, a hydrocephaly, manifest attributes of intrauterine infections, neurologic deviations). Later on these children (30.0 50.0 %) have the neurologic semiology, a delay of psychological development and the development of immuneinsufficiency condition. In newborns from pregnant women with PI and markers of Cytomegalovirus infections reproduction (DNA-emia, DNA CMV in the urethral path, anti-CMV IgM to early and superearly fibers, low-avidity IgG) delay of intra-uterine development and attributes of the 2 degree cerebral ischemia are registered 2.0 22.0 times oftener than in the control group. The presence of clamidiosis activization markers in pregnant women is associated with a pathological condition of placenta, spontaneous aborts, hypoxia and cerebral ischemia of a newborn.
