Productions of Techno-Politics; Its Inevitable Failure of ICT Project

2014
The current world is made by computers, and so networks (the internet). Computers are in our minds, in our bodies and in our environments. Nevertheless, who shall the ‘Master’? Should our computers say ‘Yes, Master’? Or there are other masters and/or masters of masters? In this book, the author is interested in ‘scapegoatism’ through the powers of techno-politics (e.g. obsolescence) to reveal how the systems of meritocracy and plutocracy, and so corporatocracy work. The outside of academia has been also called the relative concept as ‘public relationship’, but academia knows it as ‘propaganda’.
