Welding process for tank car with stainless steel composite plate

The invention discloses welding process for a tank car with a stainless steel composite plate. The stainless steel composite plate is formed by a Q345R base layer and a 304 stainless steel multilayer in a composite mode. Union melt welding and gas metal arc welding are adopted in the welding process, a Y-shaped welding groove is adopted in the stainless steel composite plate, an angle of the welding groove is 60+-5 degrees, and a groove gap is 2+-1mm. In the welding process, the base layer is welded by the adoption of union melt welding, then the multilayer is welded by the adoption of gas metal arc welding, and back gauging is conducted in polishing mode by utilizing a grinding wheel. According to the welding process for the tank car with the stainless steel composite plate, regarding the stainless steel composite plate formed by the Q345R base layer and the 304 stainless steel multilayer in the composite mode, the base layer is first welded through the union melt welding, the multilayer is then welded through gas metal arc welding, quality of a welding connector of the stainless steel composite plate can be remarkably improved, labor productivity is improved, the manufacturing requirement of a tank body of the tank car can be met, and normal use of the tank car is ensured.
