Potensi Pembangkit Tenaga Listrik Hybrid Renewable Energy di Pulau Sempu

This journal presents the potential of the Renewable Energy Hybrid Power Plant in Sempu Island. The parameters used for this research are the condition of the energy source and the electrical load around Sempu Island. The results of the study are three potential hybrid power plants on Sempu Island, namely PLTS, PLTB and PLTGL. In solar power plants having an average solar radiation of around 4.8 kWh/m2 can produce a power of 8,640 Watt using a PV Array of 10 m2. The PLTB has a very good wind speed, which is an average per month between 6.00-19.00 knots per month and is capable of producing 340 watts of energy for a wind speed of 6.17 m/sec for every single wind turbine. The height of the waves on the island of Sempu is 5.1 m and is capable of producing 1,852,830 Watt.
