The Composite Materials of Fiber/Particle Reinforced Polylactide Internal Fractu re Fixation

The development history of internal fracture fixation a re described in this paper, the defect of tradition internal fracture fixation m aterials and the preparation for the bioabsorbable are also analyzed. The outsta nding capability of polylactide(PLA) as the bioabsorbable internal fracture fix ation materials and the characteristic of composite materials are introduced, an d the moulding technics and the mechanism intensity of all kinds of internal fix ation composite materials about the PLA are also compared.
