There were 29 cases that these forensic evaluation findings did not correspond with the child`s first history. In these cases, the children gave a reduced report from embarrassment, fear and lack of ability to express due to mental retardation. It was reported mistakenly due to inappropriate knowledge of sexual behavior, as they misapprehended simple friction of external genitals as penetration. The testimony of a professional was requested at court as a spokesperson or interpreter of the child who lack logical statement abilities.
