Temperature dependence of electrical conductivity of α-(BEDT-TTF)2KHg(SCN)4 below 1 K: Possible electronic phase change at 200 mK

Abstract Temperature dependence of electrical conductivity for α-(BEDT-TTF) 2 KHg(SCN) 4 exhibited resistivity decrease in the temperature region 200 mK to 20 mK, following the temperature-independent resistivity from 3 K to 300 mK. The decrease observed in any direction, ϱ a , ϱ b and ϱ c , in the same temperature region is discussed in relation to a possible phase transition with respect to internal degrees of freedom for in-plane antiferromagnetically ordered electrons.
