Scale-Up of Unit Operations

This chapter describes first of all phenomena critical to scale-up of unit operations. Secondly it provides generic scale-up methods factors for equipment and unit operations. Thirdly it provides detailed scale-up methods for several most applied unit operations, which are critical to the whole commercial scale process performance.
