The invention provides a power circuit and electronic equipment. The power circuit comprises a DC power input terminal for supplying DC power voltage, a first step-down circuit which is connected with the DC power input terminal, and outputs first voltage lower than the DC power voltage, a second step-down circuit which is connected with the first step-down circuit, and outputs a second voltage lower than the DC power voltage, wherein a first switch element, an energy storage inductance element and a freewheel diode element are commonly used by the first step-down circuit and the second step-down circuit. The power circuit and the electronic equipment can be used for solving the problem that multi-path voltage output cannot be realized by a single-path Buck circuit.
