Development and Implementation for a Real-time Monitoring System of Production Process of Industrial Explosive Based on FRID

To address a drawback which it is difficult to tag the product and acquire real-time data in the production process,the store and the sale field of industrial explosive,a technology of radio frequency identification is introduced into the process so that it tags and acquires real-time data.The real-time monitoring system of product process for industrial explosive has been developed.The proposed system is compatible with bar code technique in some cases.The proposed system structure and major functional modules were characterized by it s favorable openness and extensibility.Its application in a production process of industrial explosive showed that the proposed system can acquire on-line information for the product and monitor the process,and improve the safe production.
