The invention aims at providing a space docking device of an underwater vehicle. The space docking device comprises a dynamic docking mechanism, a locking mechanism and a docking guide mechanism, wherein the dynamic docking mechanism comprises a docking skirt opening, an upper skirt opening of the docking skirt opening and the underwater vehicle are fixed together, a sealing ring is arranged on a lower skirt opening of the docking skirt opening, a dynamic ring is arranged below the lower skirt opening, a mushroom-head-shaped semispherical lock is arranged below the dynamic ring, a docking hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the outer side of the docking skirt opening, the upper end of the docking hydraulic cylinder is connected with the underwater vehicle, the lower end of the docking hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the dynamic ring; the docking guide mechanism comprises a guide plate, the guide plate is of a hollow annular structure, the locking mechanism comprises an outer lock plate and an inner lock plate, the outer lock plate is positioned inside the guide plate and fixedly connected with the guide plate, the inner lock plate is arranged in the outer lock plate, an annular gap used for placing the mushroom-head-shaped semispherical lock is formed by the inner lock plate and the outer lock plate, and locking mechanism magnets are arranged on the outer lock plate and the inner lock plate. The space docking device is capable of realizing docking, aligning and sealing of a +/- 30-degree inclination angle.
