The present invention relates to the field of chemical coatings, polymer composites provide for a low-temperature thermal crosslinking, the components and mass percentage: 55 to 58% polyester resin, a curing agent, 4.5 to 5.2%, pigments and fillers from 30 to 36%, 2.7 to 7% additives, curing accelerator 0.15 to 0.4%, 1% to 1.5% nanomaterial. The preparation method comprises (1) barium sulfate nano material pre-dispersed, and then administered with the dispersed material to ethanol, the use of an ultrasonic emulsifier shaped dispersion; (2) The above materials and other components in formulations were mixed into the mixing vessel, the mixed material by melt-mixing extruder. after cooling, the material crushed by the rotating sieve finally sieved to obtain a product. In the present invention, the role of the curing accelerator, cross-linked film, the impact resistance, flexibility, adhesion, salt spray resistance, boiling water resistance, wet heat resistance, excellent performance.
