The invention discloses an apparatus for nondestructive detection of the underline structure of a high speed railway. The apparatus comprises: an m column * n row sensor array formed by using m*n sensors, wherein every wave detector is correspondingly arranged in every intersection; and a recorder respectively connected with the m*n wave detectors, wherein m and n are natural numbers being more than or equal to 2. The apparatus for nondestructive detection of the underline structure of a high speed railway connects the wave detectors through using transverse bands and longitudinal bands to form a movable integral body, so the problems of influences of great manpower and long time consumed in the arrangement, recovery and movement process of the wave detectors on the working efficiency in the prior art and influences of long-time occupation of a track board on the traffic and the safety of the high-speed rail are solved.
