Study on the Pharmacokinetics of Efficient Components of TCM Recipe by Luminescent Assay

This thesis elaborated the coocept of pharmacokinetics of TCM recipe,the relationship between it and luminescent assay and the predisposition of efficient components before detection.It also introduced the method and principle of disposition the determined data.Based on this theory,we could study the quantitative analysis of efficient components of the TCM recipe,the corresponding relations between pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics according to the blood concentration of trace efficient components determined by luminescent assay,so as to adjust the recipe.
