Improvement of Semiconductor Devices.

Abstract : The report describes the results of six separate studies for the improvement of semiconductor devices. The subject matter of these studies are as follows: Machine Al-Ge bonding; Improved Al-Ge solder; IR production package sealing; Al-Ge die bond screen; Hunter shield; and Metallization current pulse burnout studies.
