Экологический мониторинг космической деятельности в районах падения отделяющихся частей ракет-носителей (нормативные аспекты)

In the context of the establishment of the state environmental monitoring within the framework of the Concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation to 2020 [1] the issue of environmental monitoring (E) and environment pollution, in particular, in the areas of space objects (SO) falling is of special importance. The paper considers general provisions of environmental regulations, the current system of state environmental monitoring, environmental monitoring of space activity as well as technical innovations for environmental monitoring of rocket-space activity (RSA).
