Построение «Концептуальной модели геопентакля» в системе структурирования информации о социально-экономическом и природном потенциале региона

The geopentakl conceptual model which can be used for structuring analytical information on concrete regions (territorial subjects of the Russian Federation) at the heart of which is for the first time presented in article ideas of the major basic factors lie, development and which interaction reflects the potential of social and economic development of the region, opportunity and restriction of its realization, and also possibility of disclosure of this potential in the direction of growth of level of balance and a harmony of development of the region. To major factors characterizing the region are carried to which are carried: economy, society (population), infrastructure, nature (environment), power system. These factors are interconnected, influence at each other and form uniform system. Use of geopentakl conceptual model is focused on improvement of system of strategic management by development of regions, transition to the problem-oriented management founded on the principles of a harmony and balance of factors, providing regional development.
