The utility model relates to a paper ventilation performance test system, which comprises a support body, a pressing sealing device, an air flow transmitter, a pressure regulator and a processing module, wherein a sample to be tested is placed on the support body, the pressing sealing device tightly presses the sample to be tested, a low vacuum state is formed under the sample to be tested through the pressure regulator so that the air pressure difference is generated at two sides of the sample to be tested, the air flow transmitter measures the air flow rate passing through the sample to be tested and transmits collected air flow rate signals to the processing module, the processing module processes the flow rate signals, and the ventilation value is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages that the structure is simpler, the repair and the maintenance are convenient, the equipment manufacture cost is lower, and the system is convenient to popularize and apply. Through a certain evolution, the system can be directly reformed into an on-line ventilation detection instrument to be arranged on a paper machine production line for monitoring the paper ventilation change in real time.
