Europejskie standardy ochrony małoletnich w audiowizualnych usługach medialnych na żądanie (VOD)

This study was devoted to The dogmatic analysis of legal provisions adopted In Directive 2010/13/EU of The European Parliament and of The Council of 10 March 2010 on The coordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action In Member States concerning The provision of audiovisual media services (Audiovisual Media Services Directive) and In Polish law. Due to The progressive political and economic integration of Europe, this study presents also selected solutions adopted In foreign countries such as France, The Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia and The United Kingdom that seem interesting and worth promoting.
