The Fabrication and Experiment Study of the Micro-reactor

A new micro-chemical reactor is designed in the paper. Free from complicated MEMS technology the micro-reactor with simple structure and low cost is fabricated by the glass elaborated treat technology combined with laser processing technology.The realization mechanism of micro-chemical reaction is analyzed, through little controllable pulse inertial force upon micro-nozzle by digitalized micro-spraying of different micro fluids,the micro- reaction is realized in mixed domain's collision and polymeriza- tion.The experiment is performed using the digitalization tech- nology of micro fluidics and obtained better effect.
