The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a solar cell in thin layers on an initial substrate (1), the solar cell thin film being peelable from the initial substrate (1), the solar cell thin film having a rear metal layer (2) and a stack of thin layers (7) having a pn junction, the method comprising the steps of: - (101) Introduced by spraying the back metal layer (2) on the initial substrate (1); - Formation of the stack of thin layers (7) on the back metal layer (2); Characterized in that the power, temperature and the back metal layer deposition pressure are selected so as to introduce a controlled manner in the back metal layer of shear stresses.
