At present there are many people who wish to have spiritual experience outside personal history, and fit these experiences into the positivist framework of the Christian faith. For this reason, the proposal of Saint Teresa of Jesus is addressed in the work to mainly help the person to understand himself inhabited by God and that understanding being inhabited makes it possible for the person to embark on the path to reconciliation with himself, with his history, with the others, with nature and with God.
