Eredmenyeink azt mutatjak, hogy ezen időskoruak keszsegei es tapasztalatai kivaloan alkalmassa teszik őket az oroksegbemutatassal osszefuggő feladatok ellatasara. The phenomenon of aging societies represents major economic- and social challenges whi-ch has to be addressed by comprehensive strategies. Parallelly, the number of complex in-dicators, aiming to measure the success of adaptation to aging and to make it regionally comparable is growing as well. In terms of these international indices, Hungary usually ranks at the second half of the field, which leaves ample room for improvement. Our resear-ch explores the relationship between subjective well-being of elderly and their involvement in tourism as service providers. Our results show that the skills and experience of these elderly make them well-suited for the task of heritage presentation.
