Message pushing system and method

The invention discloses a message pushing system and a message pushing method. The message pushing method comprises the steps of, by an operation management background, issuing and managing a resource, generating a notification message related to the resource and sending the notification message to a message intermediate part; by the message intermediate part, obtaining a resource ID from the notification message related to the resource and inquiring in a center of attention based on the resource ID to obtain a list of users who pay attention to the resource; sending the notification message related to the resource and the list of the user who pay attention to the resource to a message pushing center; and by the message pushing center, pushing the notification message related to the resource to an intelligent terminal where a user ID is logged in based on the user ID in the user list, and then marking the device ID of the intelligent terminal to prevent from repeatedly pushing the same notification message to the same intelligent terminal. According to the message pushing system and the message pushing method, the notification message is prevented from being sent to the intelligent terminal repeatedly, and the user experience is improved.
