2013
The paper presents results of a study aimed at identifying the most common in deforming arthrosis ankle cognitive impairment, such as: memory disorders, attention, concentration, mental performance and psychomotor function. The studies were conducted in patients in the late period of the disease of varying severity with Catamnesis to three and 10 years. The frequency of vegetative-vascular disorders, hemodynamic and asthenic symptoms differed signifi cantly in all groups and was dependent on the severity of the deforming osteoarthritis ankle (DAGS). Thus, the syndrome of vascular dystonia and asthenia were signifi cantly more frequent in patients with mild consequences DAGS. Hemodynamic signifi cantly more prevalent in patients of moderate DAGS. The above fi ndings have implications for predicting the development of complications and the planning of treatment and rehabilitation in the late period of the deforming osteoarthritis ankle.
