The invention provides a pattern area sensing structure of a touch panel. The pattern area sensing structure comprises a shielding layer and a sensing layer. The shielding layer is provided with hollowed portions, and the sensing layer is arranged on the lower portion of the shielding layer and around the hollowed portions. The invention further provides a cover plate structure of the touch panel and the touch panel and the touch panel. According to the touch panel, the cover plate structure of the touch panel and the pattern area sensing structure of the touch panel, the sensing layer is located on the lower portion of the shielding layer and around the hollowed portions, therefore, the shielding layer can cover the sensing layer, the hollowed portions of a pattern area are avoided, the sensing layer cannot be seen through the hollowed portions, and the appearance quality of the touch panel is improved.
