ІЗОТОПНІ СПІВВІДНОШЕННЯ БІОГЕННИХ ХІМІЧНИХ ЕЛЕМЕНТІВ У ЖИВОМУ ОРГАНІЗМІ ЯК ПОТЕНЦІЙНИЙ ІНДИКАТОР ЙОГО ФІЗІОЛОГІЧНОГО СТАНУ

The theoretical questions about role of intramolecular isotope ratios in living organisms functioning, especially human being, are considered. Special attention is given to isotop fractioning of carbon in human body as the most studied. The aim of this investigation is to reveal and to study the strategical connection between features of metabolic transformation in human body, its functional status and intramolecular isotope ratios, peculiar to this organism. The own experimental results carried out together with Gerontology Institute, Hematology Institute and Radiation Medicine Scientific Center are presented. The relation between intramolecular isotope ratios values of human body separate tissues and human organism functional status is observed.
