The efficacy of Avi A joint narrow -band ultraviolet in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the effect of Avi A combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Choose 60 cases clinical diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012,were divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group,two groups were treated NB-UVB radiation therapy,the efficacy were compared between two groups.Results 12 cases occurred of erythema reactions and itchy skin of the two groups by the NB-UVB irradiation,the patient can be tolerated.After treatment of 8 weeks,the total efficiency of the control group was 70%,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Avi A joint narrow-band ultraviolet treatment of psoriasis vulgaris efficacy significantly,should be widely applied.
