THERAPY OF BULLOUS EPIDERMOLYSIS

2013
The authors review the therapeutic approaches to bullous epidermolysis, used previously and assumed ineffective today (anticollagenase drug diphenin, alpha-tocopherol acetate, antibiotics). Modern approaches to therapy are presented: wound dressing materials, ointments, bioplastic material with a high regeneration potential. Prospects for therapy of bullous epidermolysis are outlined (cell, protein, and gene therapies).
