The Experimental Study of the Effect of Jianpiliqi Granule on Gastric Ulcer Rats

Objective: To study the effect of Jianpiliqi granule on gastric ulcer and gastric mucosa damage in rats. Methods: Stress gastric ulcer model was made by putting rats into water and gastric mucosa damage model by feeding ethanol to rats. The therapeutic effects of three different dosage groups and control group were compared. Results:In the three treatment groups, noticeable inhibitory effect to the formation of stress gastric ulcer of rats was founad(P 0.05-0.01). Jianpiliqi Granule could protect the gastric mucosa from injury caused by oral ethanol. The effect in 10 g/kg and 20 g/kg groups was even better (P0.05-0.01). Conclusion:Jianpiliqi granule has the function of inhibiting gastric ulcer and ameliorating the injury of gastric mucosa in rats.
