Analysis on an Error of Data Sampling Circular Interpolation

This paper analyses the machining time error caused by taking the result of programmed feed-in speed (F) multiply interpolation cycle(Ts) as the length of tiny line(ΔL) which is used to approach the arc in the data sampling circular interpolation. Specifically aim at the method of using chord line approach arc, illustrate the causes of the error and figure the extent of it, finally prove the constringency of the error. Demonstrate the feasibility of ΔL=FTs in the research of data sampling circular interpolation.
