Investigation on Liquid Fermentation of Corn Cob by Trichoderma viride HY-07 to Produce Cellulase

2008
Through single factor test and orthogonal experiments, the technical conditions of liquid fermentation of corn cob by trichoderma viride HY-07 to produce cellulase were optimized. The optimum conditions for cellulase yield were summed up as follows: 75 mL Mandels inorga-nic nutrition liquid was added in 250 mL flask with, then 2.0 % corn cob, 0.05 % peptone, and 0.1 % Tween80 were added, then pH value adjusted to 5.0 with seed age as 78 h and 4.0 % inoculation quantity, then the rotation speed was at 150 r/min, and after 102 h culture at 28 ℃, the activity of the produced cellulase reached 401.7 u/mL, 44.6 % higher than that produced by unoptimizable techniques.
