Apparatus and method for forming solder connections

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for producing solder connections on assemblies. To improve the energy efficiency and the economics of such devices or methods, a plurality of pressure chambers are provided according to the invention, each having a separate heating device and a pressure adjusting means. Further, a transport system is provided which performs all of the pressure chambers.
