Pellet for a color cosmetic composition and manufacturing process thereof and a color cosmetics containing the same

The present invention relates to a pellet for a makeup cosmetic product capable of controlling particle size and color matching and a method for manufacturing the same. In the method, the pellet is prepared using a fluidized bed. The method for preparing the pellet using the fluidized bed is characterized by putting a single color core or a color-mixed core into a product container, fluidizing the core by a flow flap, supplying a prepared suspension to a nozzle to have a predetermined composition, spraying the suspension to the core, and coating the core. Because the pellet is prepared using the suspension as a fluidized bed and prepared in a predetermined composition, a finished product has superior porosity without an addition of a plasticizer. In addition, the pellet for a makeup cosmetic product is capable of controlling chromaticity and particle size of the finished product in a desired size and improves concealment ability and long-term storage stability compared with a product manufactured by an existing method.
