The invention discloses a method for network resource relating management, comprising the following steps: a service side classifies network resources, provides resource type marks for the network resources and sends a dependent relationship between each resource type mark and each network resource to a system side; the system side builds a data mode according to the received dependent relationship between each resource type mark and each network resource to finish management of the resource type dependent relationship; and the system side provides an interface for operating the resource typedependent relationship and an interface for operating a resource example dependent relationship for the service side. The invention also discloses a device for the network resource relating management. By adopting the method, a perfect relevant relationship can be established for the network resources.
