The clinical value of adenosine deaminase for diagnose of liver disease

2008
Objective:To investigate the relationship of adenosine deaminase and diagnose of liver disease. Methods:The adenosine deaminase and liver function tests of patient were detected by ACCUTE TBA-40FR.Results:In this study, the serum adenosine deaminase of chronic hepatitis, acute hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis and primary hepatic carcinoma were remarkablely higher than the control group(P0.01),but not elevated in fatty liver patient, the serum adenosine deaminase of hepatic cirrhosis and primary hepatic carcinoma were remarkablely higher than the chronic hepatitis patient(P0.01).The serum adenosine deaminase of acute hepatitis after treatment was markedly decrease than onset(P0.05).The serum adenosine deaminase was correlated negatively with serum albumin and A/G.The serum denosine adeaminase was correlated positively with total bilirubin. Conclusion:The higher serum adenosine deaminase expresses the worse liver illness and the chronic hepatitis. It could reflect the decrease of liver synthesization function and aggravation of liver disease.
