Sa1655 Factors Affecting Recurrence Rate of Colonic Polyps After Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR)

2015
vessels were observed in 3/210 cases (1.4%) of HGD, 7/35 cases (20.0%) of SM-s, 47/ 94 cases (50.0%) of SM-m, and 34/37 cases (91.9%) of MP. All lesions with abnormal vessels were depressed, except 2 cases, which are SM-m and MP with 0-Is. Conclusion: Abnormal blood vessels in the tumor periphery indicate that there is a correlation with invasion depth in depressed lesions. In invasion depth diagnosis, even in cases where observation of the pit pattern of the lesion is difficult, if abnormal blood vessels are seen in the tumor periphery, then it is important to suspect invasion at the SM-massive or deeper.
