The legal capacity of the Ukrainian people is their abstract ability to have legal rights and legal obligations. The legal capacity of the Ukrainian people is a common, primary, permanent and integral quality of it. And legal capacity is the ability of the Ukrainian people to personally exercise their powers. Its essence lies in personal actions aimed at exercising authority. However, it must be acknowledged that in the legal personality of the Ukrainian people, especially at the level of the general constitutional and legal status, there is no clear line between legal capacity and legal capacity. Analyzing the above, we can unequivocally state that: - first, the legal personality of the Ukrainian people consists of legal capacity and legal capacity; - secondly, legal capacity and legal capacity are legal phenomena that make it possible to have or exercise powers, ie rights and obligations in legal relations; - thirdly, and most importantly, the legal capacity of the Ukrainian people is the primary, fundamental ability to have subjective rights and legal obligations, which exists to ensure the ability to enter into legal relations with all other social actors, and the capacity of the Ukrainian people - is the primary, fundamental ability to exercise subjective rights and legal obligations in legal relations with all other social actors. This is the basis for the formation of the definition of legal personality of the Ukrainian people. Thus, the legal personality of the Ukrainian people is the primary, fundamental, guaranteed by regulations, the ability to be a subject of law, ie to have and exercise subjective rights and legal obligations in legal relations with all other social actors. Thus, there is every reason to assert the existence of full legal personality of the Ukrainian people, which determines the effectiveness and efficiency of its constitutional and legal status. The author also provides a classification of the legal personality of the Ukrainian people.
