A second transistor (T2) is connected between a control electrode of a drive transistor (T1) and an ON electrode to form a diode-connected topological structure. By virtue of the circuit structure and the cooperation with a storage capacitor (Cs), during current row gating, a threshold voltage (V TH_T1 ) of the drive transistor (T1) and grey scale-related data voltage information (V DATA ) are extracted and stored on the storage capacitor (Cs), thereby compensating the threshold voltage (V TH_T1 ) of the drive transistor (T1) and increasing the contrast of a display.
