The invention relates to thunder light triggered electronic timers and selfclocking runways thereof, which belong to the field of non-electric quantity measurement, automatic control and electronic equipment. A reduction type (counting type) thunder light timer consists of a stabilized voltage supply, a signal detection shaping circuit, (a counting display), an edge-pulse converter and a linear control clock. An intelligent type thunder light timer consists of a stabilized voltage supply, a signal detection shaping circuit, an SCM system, a miniature keyboard, a cycle number/time display, and the like. While the thunder light triggered selfclocking runways comprises three types, namely a double linear type, a double flat loop type, and a double dumbbell type. Each selfclocking runway consists of the thunder light timer, a corner curve fixing type or direct fixing type beam direction adjuster and a runway structural body. The selfclocking runways have simple and convenient use and high timing precision, are the platforms of speed, timing or relay and tolerance matches, and are widely applied in the fields of time measurement, pulse counting, speed measurement, and the like.
