The invention relates to a preparation method of a palm ash-natural rubber composite material, and particularly relates to a dry glue-state palm ash-natural rubber composite material. The dry glue-state palm ash-natural rubber composite material is prepared through the following steps of: firstly preprocessing palm ash into wet palm ash with particle diameter being more than or equal to 70 micrometers, and adding to deionized water together with an appropriate amount of coupling agent and anionic surface-active agent; continuously stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to prepare a palm ash water dispersoid; stabilizing latex-state natural rubber by adopting an appropriate amount of nonionic surface-active agent, then uniformly mixing the palm ash water dispersoid with the latex-state natural rubber under the condition of stirring, and dropwise adding an unsaturated carboxylic acid neutralization solution and an initiation cross-linking agent to obtain a latex-state natural rubber composite material; and further processing to obtain the dry glue-state palm ash-natural rubber composite material. The dry glue-state palm ash-natural rubber composite material disclosed by the invention has excellent property; a cured rubber sheet made from the composite material has the tensile strength being 20-27 MPa, the elongation at break being 700-950% and the 300% stress at definite elongation being 2.5-4.5 MPa; and the effects of waste recycling, low production cost, energy conservation and environment friendliness are achieved.
