The invention provides a control method and a temperature-adjusting system. The control method is applied to the temperature-adjusting system. The temperature-adjusting system comprises N sets of outdoor units. The working state of each outdoor unit comprises an on state and an off state. N is an integer larger than or equal to 1. The method comprises following steps of assigning the priority to N sets of outdoor units, acquiring the present running state of the temperature-adjusting system, utilizing the priority to control running states of M sets of outdoor units out of the N sets of outdoor units. M is an integer less than or equal to 1.
