Rubber blanket reducing agent used for printing

2013
The invention discloses a rubber blanket reducing agent used for printing. The rubber blanket reducing agent comprises, by weight, 60-70% of dichloromethane, 15-20% of terpilenol, 5-10% of 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1-2% of sorbitan monostearate, 3-5% of triethylene glycol, 2-3% of cocofatty aid monoethanol amide, 0.5-1% of methyl lauroyl glucose esters, 4-6% of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and 1-2% of N-oleoyl-N-sodium methyl taurate. The reducing agent not only can rapidly flat concave faces generated on a rubber blanket in the printing process and eliminate the surface hardening phenomenon to recover original elasticity of the rubber blanket, but also can rapidly eliminate dirt, printing ink, oxidation films and the like, prolongs service life of the rubber blanket, improves printability of the rubber blanket, meanwhile, has the advantages of being rapid to volatilize and dry and free of benzene and does not leave remnant blots or damage human health.
