Influence of ACR composition on the property of PVC resin

Poly(butyl acrylate)(PBA)and poly(butyl acrylate-co-styrene)(SBA)latex were prepared via seeded emulsion polymerization.Then core-shell structure of acrylic impact resistant modifiers were successfully synthesized by grafting styrene and methyl methacrylate on PBA or SBA seed latex in emulsion polymerization.These modifiers were blended with PVC to prepare ACR/PVC blends.The influence of ACR composition on the property of PVC resin was investigated.
