Clinical study of Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy in End-Stage

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of HD and CAPD in treatment of patients with Diabetic Nephropathy in end-stage.Methods:36 patients with diabetic nephropathy in end-stage were divided into two groups according they received different treatment.Including the CAPD group((n=17) received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis treatment and HD group((n=19) received hemodialysis treatment.Their clinical data were analyzed and studied contrastively.Results:The survival rate of patients with diabetic nephropathy in end-stage taken by blood parification was significantly higher.And no obvious difference of appears for the two groups of patient in respect of the survival rate.Conclusion:The proper choice and the interchange of the ways of reneal replace treatment,are perhaps useful to improve the survival rate of the patients with diabetic nephropathy in end-stage.
