Vehicle fault remote diagnosis system and control method thereof

After the diagnosis conditions are satisfied, the vehicle-borne terminal initiates a diagnosis request to the vehicle controller through the vehicle bus according to a diagnosis protocol and sequentially collects fault codes of the vehicle controller, the vehicle-borne terminal packages all the collected fault code information and sends the fault code information to the remote diagnosis background through a wireless communication module, and the remote diagnosis background analyzes and judges the received information and returns a diagnosis report to the vehicle-borne terminal or a mobile terminal used by a user for display. The invention further discloses a control method of the system. Through the remote diagnosis technology, already occurred and potential danger can be found in time, the timeliness and accuracy of fault diagnosis are ensured, and the manpower and material costs are reduced greatly.
