Containment with separated air cooling hot traps

2012
The invention relates to a containment with separated air cooling hot traps. The containment is characterized in that a plurality of evaporating end heat pipes are fixed around the inner wall of the containment and are divided into a plurality of groups, outlets in the tops of each group of evaporating end heat pipes are communicated with an inlet of an ascending connecting pipe, the ascending connecting pipe extends out of the containment and an outlet of the ascending connecting pipe is communicated with inlets in the tops of one group of condensing end heat pipes, outlets in the bottoms of the group of condensing end heat pipes are communicated with an inlet of a descending connecting pipe, the descending connecting pipe extends into the containment and an outlet of descending connecting pipe is communicated with inlets in the bottoms of one group of evaporating end heat pipes. The invention provides a separated hot trap device for the containment to ensure that the containment has the function of a final hot trap; for a prestressed concrete containment, an original containment without the final hot trap can have a certain capacity of the final hot trap; and for a steel containment with the capacity of the final hot trap, the cooling capacity can be increased through the separated hot trap.
