The invention provides a mutual inductor electrified verifying device which comprises a to-be-verified end, a standard end and a primary station. The to-be-verified end comprises a to-be-verified mutual inductor and a first sensing signal collecting and communicating device which are connected through an optical fiber. The first sensing signal collecting and communicating device collects the measured data of the to-be-verified mutual inductor, performs analog to digital conversion on the measured data, and transmits the converted measured data to the primary station through the optical fiber. The standard end comprises a standard device and a second sensing signal collecting and communicating device which are connected through an optical fiber. The second sensing signal collecting and communicating device collects the standard data of the standard device, performs analog to digital conversion on the standard data, and transmits the converted standard data to the primary station through the optical fiber. The primary station receives the converted measured data and standard data and calculates ratio and angular differences according to the same.
