Modified poly-adipic acid/butylene terephthalate composite material containing coconut shell flour and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a modified poly-adipic acid/butylene terephthalate composite material containing coconut shell flour and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of poly-adipic acid/butylene terephthalate, 1-20 parts of coconut shell flour, 0.5-2 parts of lubricant and 0.1-1 part of heat stabilizer. The preparation method of the composite material comprises the following steps: preparing the modified coconut shell flour, proportioning according to the composite material composition, uniformly mixing by a high-speed mixer, and carrying out extrusion granulation on the mixture in a double screw extruder. By using the biodegradable polyester plastic poly-adipic acid/butylene terephthalate and waste coconut shell as the raw materials to prepare the composite material, the method can alleviate the environmental pollution caused by waste coconut shell and can perform the function of reinforcing the poly-adipic acid/butylene terephthalate composite material, thereby preparing the coconut shell flour modified poly-adipic acid/butylene terephthalate composite material with excellent mechanical properties.
